With all the uncertainty going on around us at the moment with Covid-19. We just want to let all our customers know that as it stands we will remain open.
However we can not stress enough, to help keep everyone as safe as possible, please if you are feeling unwell please let our team know before they arrive to install. We will reschedule your installs for after you are well.
If a staff member becomes unwell, we will be closing the business for the recommended 2 weeks, with a reassessment towards the end to make sure they are fit enough to return without risk to customers.
We endeavour to maintain a high standard of overall hygiene with extra hand washing, hand sanitising and antibacterial cleaning products for products and workspace. One of our directors has a certification in infection prevention and will be updating installers on this training and all necessary measures to ensure our customer and company are safe.
You may or may not have heard that Police would “concentrate on responding to serious crimes” if they lose a “significant” amount of staff to illness. Home and business security will be paramount for the foreseeable future.
