We are great at hiding cables and 90% of the time we can hide cables from sight entirely so you will only see devices on walls. In the rare instances we are not able to hide them, we have a few tricks to make them less obvious but they are always protected, secure, neat and tidy.
Yes, you can view your CCTV and status of your alarm system from anywhere in the world via the ProControl+ app. All you need to have is a smart phone and wifi. You are also able to receive motion notifications of the CCTV and set/unset your alarm system as well at looking at the panel log.
All of our cameras are hard wired, we do not supply or install wireless cameras.
Our most fitted camera, the ColorVu Turret Camera is very discreet. It has a base size of 110mm and is 86mm deep.
The Wireless alarm panel works through it's own wireless network, with a secondary frequency should it encounter any minimal interference. The only part of the alarm system using the wifi/LAN connection is the communicator for remote access.
Yes, if you would like them. We can set up notifications so that if there is any movement on your CCTV within the designated area the HikConnect/ProControl+ app will notify you. Depending on the type of camera you have installed, some cameras have very smart features which can detect heat, human, cars and faces.

This depends on what and how many systems you're having installed. On average, a domestic installs can take from half a day to two days.
In the event of an activation, your system will sound audibly internally and externally for 15 minutes. You will also receive a voice notification through to your mobile phone, providing you have an internet connection.
In the event of a power cut, you're alarm system will remain in it's current state (armed/disarmed). There is a back up battery in the wired and wireless control panels. You are then able to remove the warning with your user code.

New Wifi router set up
When the systems is in its normal state (not set) push the 'D' button and enter your master code ****
Press 'no' until you reach 'Wifi setup' and press 'Yes'
Press 'no' until you see 'SSID' then press 'Yes'
Type in the name of your router e.g. 'Sky12345 or Talktalk' using the number keypad. Should you need to change a letter to uppercase, use the 'A' button, use 'D' to move to the next letter and '1' for any punctuation. Please double check spellings and that the letters are all case sensitive, then press 'Yes'.
Press 'No' on SSID, then 'yes' on 'password', type in the wireless key / password (usually on the back/under of your router) then press 'yes'.
Should you need to change a letter to uppercase, use the 'A' button, use 'D' to move to the next letter and '1' for any punctuation.
Press 'no' several times until the display reads 'Exit Manager Menu' and press 'yes'.
This will now save your the new entered data and take you back to its normal state with Moore Security and the time now displaying.
After around 90 seconds the system will start polling again and remote access via the ProControl app will resumed.
