I have a new router or changed my wifi password
When your alarm system was installed it was linked to the router you had installed at the time. Now, even though the alarm will still work as a standalone system, should you change your router or wifi password, your remote access and notifications will no longer work. However, upon this event we have compiled a step by step guide to link your alarm system to your new router.
When the systems is in its normal state (not set) push the 'D' button and enter your master code ****
Press 'no' until you reach 'Wifi setup' and press 'Yes'
Press 'no' until you see 'SSID' then press 'Yes'
Type in the name of your router e.g. 'Sky12345 or Talktalk' using the number keypad. Should you need to change a letter to uppercase, use the 'A' button, use 'D' to move to the next letter and '1' for any punctuation. Please double check spellings and that the letters are all case sensitive, then press 'Yes'.
Press 'No' on SSID, then 'yes' on 'password', type in the wireless key / password (usually on the back/under of your router) then press 'yes'.
Should you need to change a letter to uppercase, use the 'A' button, use 'D' to move to the next letter and '1' for any punctuation.
Press 'no' several times until the display reads 'Exit Manager Menu' and press 'yes'.
This will now save your the new entered data and take you back to its normal state with Moore Security and the time now displaying.
After around 90 seconds the system will start polling again and remote access via the ProControl app will resumed.
